Hi everyone. I'm very excited to get started. My grandmother taught me to knit when I was 10, but it wasn't until the last 8 years that I really got into it. I did sew a couple of dresses when I was a teenager, but I should've asked for more help. My sewing machine has been seeing a lot of quilts lately, soI think it's time to introduce a new project so it doesn't get bored. Having the deadline should help me to get this done as well. I'm doing Buttericks B4395. The upper middle version. Vermont actually gets quite warm and humid so I need some cool shirts to wear this summer. Can't wait to see everyone elses!
