Karin's intro

Hi there, I am Karin with an I (I hate the I though, I have to explain to everyone how to spell my name, I've been debating legally changing it to Karen for years) and I've been sewing for a while but am not really that great at it. I've got a few skirt patterns and I will be picking out something shortly, I think I am going to go with stripes for this one. This will be the third skirt I have made. I am glad to be part of this sewalong, I need projects to help distract me from schoolwork, as I have just started an Accounting Master's degree at the local business school and it is extremely overwhelming.
