Another Amy Butler Bag Fan

I've decided to sew up the Velma bag from Amy Butler. I first fell in love withthe idea of making my own bags when I saw this bag in an issue of Better Homes and Gardens Sewing magazine, but I really didn't have the cash to buy the pattern AND the fabric. So I waited... and this fabric got discontinued. All I can say is thank goodness for EBAY because I found the pattern and fabric about two months for a nice deal. I've been in the process of moving, so everything has been packed away for a little while, but now, since I'm part of this group, I have to start the bag. I'm so excited about this! I think I'm going to make a couple of other bags this month, too, because I LOVE LOVE LOVE sewing bags.
